§ 128.20 NONREFUNDABLE INSTALLATION PERMIT APPLICATION FEE.
   Any person applying for the issuance of an Installation Permit(s) to install and maintain a Pay Telephone on shall pay a one-time nonrefundable Installation Permit Application Fee in an amount to be set by resolution of the City Commission, as amended from time to time. The Fee is assessed for the purpose of defraying the administrative expenses associated with approval, processing, and issuance of an Installation Permit(s). The Installation Permit Application Fee is in addition to, but not in lieu of, any other fee due hereunder.
