(A) Exclusivity. The City reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to seek application for and to grant an exclusive License Agreement for the exclusive right to install, use and maintain Pay Telephones in any of its Public Property or Rights-of-Way.
(B) Long-distance carrier. To the extent permitted by law, the City reserves its right to choose the long-distance carriers on any of the Pay Telephones on Public Property or Rights-of-Way.
