A Qualified Provider shall restore, at its own cost and expense, the surface of any Public Property or Rights-of-Way that has been disturbed, damaged or injured on account of its activities to as good condition as such property was in, immediately prior to such damage. Restoration shall comply with the City's standard specifications for the condition of its Rights-of-Way.
