Any user of a pesticide, defoliant, desiccant or plant regulator shall provide prompt notice of all active ingredients, inert ingredients as listed on the label and any antidote to any licensed physician or veterinarian who contacts the user for the purpose of providing medical treatment for any person or animal that has ingested any pesticide, defoliant, desiccant or plant regulator applied by the user.
