§ 127.051 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to practice or engage in the practice of electrolysis as an electrologist, with or without financial or other compensation therefor, unless such person has obtained from the City Clerk, a permit to engage in such practice.
