For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ELECTROLOGIST. Any person who removes hair from or destroys hair on the human body by the use of an electric needle.
ELECTROLYSIS. The practice of removing surplus hair from any part of the human body by the application of electric current to the hair papilla by means of a needle or needles to cause decomposition of hair papilla.
