§ 126.078 REFUSAL TO CARRY ORDERLY PASSENGERS PROHIBITED.
   No driver shall refuse nor neglect to convey any orderly person or persons upon request, unless previously engaged or unable or forbidden by the provisions of this chapter to do so.
