Upon approval of an application for a jitney driver's license, the City Clerk shall issue a license to the applicant which shall bear the name, address, color, age, signature, and photograph of the applicant. Such license shall be in effect for the remainder of the fiscal year. A license for each fiscal year thereafter shall be issued upon the payment of $2 unless the license for the preceding year has been revoked.
