(A) All employment agencies shall post in a conspicuous place in the place of business the local business tax receipt granted hereunder and immediately adjacent to said local business tax receipt a schedule of fees or charges of any kind which shall be exacted from, or payment of which shall be required of any person seeking the service rendered by said employment agency.
(B) Every employment agency having a local business tax receipt hereunder shall keep a registry or record of placements made in the ordinary course of its business. This registry or record shall be open for inspection and investigation by the City Manager, or any agent of the city to whom shall be delegated this duty.
