§ 122.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 60 days, or both.

(B) Any person found in violation of §§ 122.100 through 122.108 shall be subject to prosecution and fine pursuant to § 10.99 of this Code of Ordinances.
