It shall be the duty of every secondhand dealer to make out and deliver to the Police Department within 24 hours of acquisition of any article covered by this chapter, in the form approved for such purpose by the Chief of Police, a legible, complete and correct record, as required by § 121.06(A) for the immediately preceding period.
