Each article of goods sold not listed in the inventory filed, sold without a license or after a license shall have expired or otherwise sold in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense under this chapter, and any false or misleading statement in the inventory, application for a license or renewal application shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
