For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition(s) shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CERTIFICATE OF USE PERMIT.
A document issued by the Director of the Office of Planning or his or her designee confirming that the proposed use(s) are consistent with the terms of the official Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use Designation, Zoning and Land Development Regulations and any other applicable codes and state laws.
