Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment not to exceed 60 days, or both; however, any person convicted solely by presumptive evidence (see § 112.02(B)) shall only be subject to the fine provisions contained herein and shall not be subject to imprisonment.
