The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings:
MAJOR ROAD.
Any road designated in § 73.02 of the Code of Ordinances as a truck route.
PORTABLE STORAGE UNIT.
Any container designed for the storage of personal property which is typically rented to owners or occupants of property for their temporary use, and which is delivered and removed by truck.
SITE.
A piece, parcel, tract, or plot of land occupied or to be occupied by one or more buildings or uses, and their accessory buildings and accessory uses which is generally considered to be one unified parcel.
