§ 106.52 APPEAL PROCEDURES.
   Any person or party aggrieved by an administrative decision or order of city personnel in the implementation and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter may appeal to the Planning and Development Board, upon payment to the Department of Planning and Development Services, a fee of $200, and setting forth the facts and reasons why he or she feels such administrative decision or order is not reasonable or in the public interest, according to the spirit and intent of this chapter.
