The United States of America, State of Florida, and all political subdivisions and agencies thereof and all religious or educational organizations that are exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and that are situated within the city limits, are hereby exempted from payment of taxes levied and imposed by this subchapter.
