§ 104.50 CHANGING WITHOUT AUTHORITY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, or cause to be placed, any sign designating a street, avenue or other public place by a different name than that by which it is generally and legally known, or refuse to remove the same from his property when requested to do so by an officer of the city.
