(A) Where streets are proposed for construction in muck land or other unsatisfactory soils, said material shall be excavated to a depth of 25 inches below finished crown (surface) elevation and replaced with suitable granular fill.
(B) Where streets are constructed on fill, side slopes shall be finished 2:1.
(C) Base course shall be primed full width.
(D) Shoulder shall not deviate from this design.
