§ 103.03 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to do any acts hereinafter set out within and upon the public parks of the city:
   No person, except an authorized fireworks company contracted by the city, shall use or possess any fireworks, sparklers or explosives, as defined in F.S. § 791.01(4) and (8), on any park property. Fireworks, sparklers or explosives seized as a result of this division may be confiscated in accordance with F.S. § 791.05 and Section 5238.13(c) of the South Florida Building Code.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use or operate a skateboard within ArtsPark at Young Circle, except on the perimeter sidewalk.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke cigarettes, filtered cigars, pipes, or use any other lighted tobacco product upon the public parks, playgrounds or fields of the City.
