§ 102.08 FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Fire Department shall, in addition to other functions, require that the standards set forth for safety and fire protection be fully satisfied prior to the issuance of the special event permit and during the duration of the special event. The Fire Department shall make inspections deemed necessary to insure that all safety and fire protection standards are being followed at the special event.
   (B)   Applicant, as well as its contractors and subcontractors, shall comply with all applicable state and local laws relating to safety and fire protection. Noncompliance with any safety or fire protection standards may be cause for revocation of the special event permit and the termination of the special event.
