§ 101.21 REPORTS OF VIOLATIONS TO CITY ENGINEER.
   It shall be the duty of any Enforcement Officer to report to the appropriate Department Director any conditions as set forth in § 101.20 which may come to his or her attention and which may constitute a fire hazard or poor sanitation within the limits of the city, with final enforcement authority resting with the Chief Building Official of the City.
