§ 98.135 BOATS FOR HIRE TO DISPLAY INFORMATION, RATES.
   (A)   Every boat owner, captain, or operator shall display a sign in a conspicuous place, on a post or dock space, which sign shall give the name of the owner, captain, or operator thereof, the total charges or fees per trip, per day or half-day, and stating whether the price includes tax or whether tax is to be added.

   (B)   All advertising literature, signs displayed on boats or booths, advertising, or signs of any kind shall display only the truth as to the kind of trip, route of trip, distance of trip, and in no way or manner misrepresent the trip to be shown.

   (C)   No ticket seller, barker or representative shall in any manner misrepresent his trip, or trip of his competitor.
