§ 98.130 QUALIFIED MATE REQUIRED ON ALL BOAT TRIPS.

All boat owners or operators shall be required to carry a duly qualified mate on every charter or trip, who shall be fully qualified to operate the boat should any accident or sickness incapacitate the captain.
