§ 98.102 DISPOSITION AND DISBURSEMENT OF RECEIPTS.
   The Dockmaster shall keep an accurate written record of all receipts from all sources and shall hand over all such receipts without deductions, together with an itemized statement thereof, daily, to the Director of the Department of Financial Services. All moneys so received by the Director of the Department of Financial Services shall be deposited in the City General Fund and shall be disbursed only according to the provisions of the City Charter.
