(A) The dockage rates for the use of the Hollywood Marina shall be established by resolution of the City Commission.
(B) Tenants may reside aboard their vessels a maximum of two days per week only for the purpose of performing work thereon. Where a tenant resides aboard his vessel for this purpose, an additional fee, to be established by resolution of the City Commission, shall be charged and shall be immediately due and payable.
