Any person who fails to fully comply with this subchapter and all of the terms, conditions and provisions thereof, specifically including the payment of the lease fee, shall be subject to immediate removal from all city property and such unwarranted use shall be and constitute a trespass, which may be summarily removed by the Police Department of the city.
