(A) After approval of the lease agreement, application shall be made to the Department of Development Services for a permit to construct the facility. Complete plans for such improvements shall be submitted to the Department of Development Services and a valid building permit shall be obtained in writing prior to construction. (B) The annual license fee for constructing and maintaining a private boat dock facility upon city property, including but not limited to North Lake and South Lake, shall be established by resolution of the City Commission. (‘72 Code, § 9-75)
