§ 98.031 PUMP-OUT FACILITIES.
   It is a violation of this section to discharge wastewater from any vessel into the waterways within the city limits, all such wastewater shall be discharged only into a pump-out facility provided by the city or into another land-based or water-based licensed pump-out facility. Wastewater is defined as all water-carried wastes generated by human activities.
