The owner and/or operator of any vessel(s) shall not solicit business for any purpose whatsoever, in, on and around such boat or vessel, and shall not commit or allow to be committed in and about the boat or vessel and/or docks within the city, any undue loud noises, either vocal or mechanical, and shall not commit or cause to be committed a nuisance of any kind or nature.
