§ 98.006 INTERFERENCE WITH NAVIGATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to anchor or dock a vessel within the city limits in a manner that constitutes a navigational hazard or interferes with another vessel, except in cases of emergency. (‘72 Code, § 9-6)
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the owner or the operator of any vessel to tie to or discharge persons upon any navigation aid or any regular marker within the city limits. (‘72 Code, § 9-7)
