(A) It shall be unlawful to operate a vessel within the area known as North Lake, legally described as Block 71, lying west of the F.C.L.C. & T. Company Canal, Hollywood Lakes Section, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 31, of the Public Records of the county, Florida at a speed greater than that of idle speed.
(B) It shall be unlawful to operate a vessel within the area known as West South Lake legally described as that portion of Block 76 lying westerly of the prolongation of the easterly right-of-way line of Thirteenth Avenue as indicated on the plat of Hollywood Lakes Section as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 32, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, at a speed greater than that of idle speed.
(C) It shall be unlawful to operate a vessel within the area known as Three Island Waterways within that portion of the Waterways shown on the plat of Three Island 3rd Section as recorded in Plat Book III at page 16 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida and more particularly described as follows: the Northeast Channel from the Intracoastal Waterway, westerly and southwesterly to its intersection with the Northwest Channel; the Northwest Channel from its intersection with the Desoto Waterway; the Venetian Waterway, from its intersection with the Northwest Channel Southerly to the city limits of the city; the Desoto Waterway from the southerly limits of the city, northerly to its intersection with the Washington Street Canal; the Washington Street Canal from its intersection with the Desoto Waterway, easterly to the intersection with the Northeast Channel, at a speed greater than that of idle speed.
(D) It shall be unlawful to operate a vessel within the area known as the C-10 canal, and in all spurs of the C-10 Canal within the city limits at a speed greater than that of idle speed.
