§ 98.002 CAUSING UNNECESSARY OPENING OF BRIDGES BY VESSEL PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any vessel or boat to unnecessarily cause the opening of any bridge within the city limits when such vessel or boat can safely clear such bridge without the opening thereof.
