§ 94.155 REVOCATION.
   (A)   Any permit issued under this subchapter may be permanently revoked:
      (1)   Upon violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter; or
      (2)   At any time the Fire Marshal determines that the burning constitutes a nuisance and/or hazard to the general public.
   (B)   Upon revocation of the permit, any fire started pursuant to said permit shall be extinguished by the Fire Department at a cost to the contractor of $450 per hour, per pumper, including manpower. The number of pumpers required shall be determined by the Fire Marshal.
