§ 94.154 NONISSUANCE.
   Permits shall not be issued when the Fire Marshal has good reason to believe that the proposed fire or burning will endanger the public health, safety, welfare or other property. Approval of the appropriate environmental agency must be submitted as evidence that the public health and safety will not be endangered.
