(A) All applications for permits under this subchapter shall be filed with the Building Department. No permit will be issued except upon approval by the Fire Marshal.
(B) All applications for permits under this section shall set forth in detail the full name and address of the applicant, the date and time the fire is to be set, the kind or type of fire to be set, the area to be burned, what safeguards will be taken to protect the public and other property from injury, and such other information as may be prescribed by the Fire Marshal. He shall prescribe the form of application and furnish such application forms to applicant upon request.
(C) A $1,000 cash bond shall be posted with the city by the contractor. Said bond is refundable subject to the provisions of the permit and all fees, costs and assessments being satisfied.
