(A) The following codes and standards are hereby adopted by the city for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion:
(1) The Florida Fire Prevention Code, as revised from time to time.
(2) The Florida Building Code, in effect in Broward County, Florida, as revised from time to time.
(B) Where these standards are in conflict with this Code of Ordinances, or each other, the most stringent shall apply. Not less than three copies of each of the above codes shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
