§ 75.04 AUTHORITY OF CHIEF OF POLICE TO SUSPEND REGISTRATION.
   The Chief of Police shall have authority, in addition to other penalties provided hereunder, to suspend the registration of and remove the registration tag from, any bicycle operated contrary to the provisions of this chapter. Such suspension and removal to continue for a period not to exceed 30 days.
