§ 74.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any engineer, firefighter, conductor or other person in charge of or control of any locomotive or train of cars who shall violate the provisions of §§ 74.01, 74.02 and 74.04, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not exceeding $100, or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

   (B)   Any engineer, firefighter, conductor or other person in charge of or control of any train, railroad equipment or rail-riding vehicle or the operator of such railroad line who shall violate the provisions of § 74.03 shall be, upon conviction, subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or to imprisonment not to exceed 30 days or to both fine and imprisonment.
