§ 70.20 CITY ENGINEER TO PERFORM DUTIES OF TRAFFIC ENGINEER.
   All functions formerly performed by the Traffic Engineer that have not been transferred to the Broward County Department of Transportation are hereby vested in the City Engineer or his designated assistant.
