(A) The Employers' Liability Program shall provide coverage for employers' liability with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per incident.
(B) If a claim is made against a protected party, the protected party shall immediately forward to the Risk Manager every demand or notice received by the protected party or his or her representative.
(C) If a lawsuit is brought against a protected party, the protected party shall immediately forward to the City Attorney the notice of hearing and/or complaint received by the protected party or his or her representative.
