§ 40.03 PROHIBITION AGAINST CHARGING EXCESSIVE PRICES DURING STATES OF EMERGENCY.
   Upon a declaration of a state of emergency by a city official, pursuant to § 40.01, it shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for a person or his/her agent or employee to sell or rent or offer to sell or rent at an excessive price, within the area that a state of emergency exists, any commodity. This prohibition shall remain in effect until the declaration expires or is terminated.
