ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
§ 38.02 ALL COLLECTED FEES TO BE PAID TO DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES.
   All fees collected by any officer or employee in behalf of the city shall belong to the city government and shall be paid to the Department of Finance.
