§ 36.09 RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY BE ADOPTED BY BOARD.
   The Code Enforcement Board may adopt such rules and regulations as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter or F.S. Chapter 162, which rules and regulations the Board finds necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter, subject to approval by the City Commission.
