§ 36.08 LEGAL COUNSEL.
   The City Commission shall appoint an attorney for the Code Enforcement Board upon the recommendation of the Board, who will act as counsel to the Board. The function of the Board's Attorney shall be to rule on all motions and objections as to the admissibility of evidence. The Board Attorney's rulings shall be advisory to the Board. The Board Attorney must be a member of the Florida Bar and shall attend all meetings of the Board. The Attorney shall be compensated as provided for by the Commission.
