§ 32.01 CITY CLERK.
   There shall be a City Clerk, who shall give notice of meetings of the City Commission, shall keep the journal of its proceedings, shall authenticate by his signature and record in full in a book kept for the purpose of all ordinances and resolutions and shall performed such other duties as shall be required by the Charter or by ordinance.
