Sec. 3.08. Elected candidates.

(a) The candidate for city commissioner receiving the greatest number of votes cast for that seat in the regular general or special general municipal election shall be declared elected.

(b) The candidate receiving the greatest number of votes cast in the regular general or special general municipal election for the office of mayor shall be declared shall be declared elected.
