The Chief of Police shall prescribe the uniform and equipment requirements for police community service officers. All uniforms and equipment which a police community service officer shall be required to use, shall be provided by the village at its cost. Each police community service officer will be issued a signed identification card that shall be earned at all times while on-duty unless otherwise ordered.
