(A) All expense items of the Authority shall be publicized monthly, and the financial record shall always be open to the public.
(B) In addition to the items and records prescribed herein, a writing prepared, owned, used, in the possession of, or retained by the Board in the performance of an official function, shall be made available to the public in compliance with Public Act 442 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.231 to 15.246.
