§ 31.50 ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established a Downtown Development Authority, pursuant to Public Act 197 of 1975, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1651—125.1681, with the authority and powers necessary to carry out the purpose of this chapter.
